In the Humidity, Frampton Comes Alive

Greetings from Dallas! I'm here for a couple of days before heading to the wedding (said Dr. Seuss) in Minnesota. It's beautiful here—so lush and green...and humid.

I could never live here.

After 10 minutes outside, my hair started to twang out and yes, you guessed it, I looked like I was ready to take the stage with the Bee Gees and George Burns and bust into a rousing rendition of Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club.

Surrogate Big Sis - Hahaha, I have so many memories of you and real sis saying "Rosanna Rosanna Danna" when I was little!

I am tempted to start quoting Peter Frampton tunes, but then I saw all of your Roseanne Rosanna Danna talk and just want to say...nevermind...

(even though I think that was from a different Gilda character). Perhaps in your honor I will just hum the theme song from Dallas.

After thinking my hair couldn't be more straight, I've found humidity makes it even straighter. (Is that a word?)
Humidity just seems to make all hair worse.

Welcome to Dallas!!! Love your blog. Yes, the humidity is awful here but the rule is "if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes, it will change"

Hope you have a blast here!!

This may be my favorite post! I love the picture of Peter a.k.a. Billy Shears :) Can you please let your readers know that you actually use the word 'Framptoning' when your hair begins the curling process. Thanks for making me smile and have fun on your trip!

WOW!!! That just brought back a flood of somewhat disturbing memories from high school rushing back into my mind. I think I remember you guys trying to get pictures like this by taking pictures of the tv during movies - if you would have just had the internet back then!!!
