Do any of you watch The Biggest Loser? Seriously, it is one of the most touching, inspiring shows I've ever seen on TV. I'm totally crying watching it right now.
And the theatrics one of the trainers put on tonight? Such good stuff. He cussed the crap out of one of the lazy contestants. It was fantastic.
Brookem over at Skrinkering Hearts knows what I'm talkin' about...

I should watch it and perhaps be inspired to work on my fat knee.
I really really loved that show last night, and maybe that says a lot about me.
The best part though, was seeing Jerry and Estella-- they looked fantastic and you could tell they're really happy! Oh, my heart just melts when people work to change their lives!
I LOVE BOB. Seriously, why are all the gay men on TV the ones I like the most? And watching him lose it was awesome (and well deserved). The best was when Jillian was freaked out by his antics. Go Bob!
Wow TWA - Does it help to know that your fat, scraped, oozy knee is still very manly and cute?
JustRun - I felt the same way when they did the catch up with Jerry and Estella! Didn't it say that he had lost 84 pounds?
Nilsa - Bob rules. That was so awesome to watch - exactly what you want to see a good trainer doing!
Awww, you are such a sucker for flesh wounds.
I haven't watched it because, truthfully, I find it disheartening. Yes, we could all lose weight if we restricted ourselves to 800 calories a day, had a personal trainer that made us workout for two hours at a time, and took off from our jobs. It's just not realistic and I think it's frustrating for people who don't have that.
I do watch Celebrity Fit Club because it is so over the top and sooo unreal that it's for pure entertainment.
why's he gotta be gayyyy?
About a year ago I saw Bob at a sushi place in the valley. He looks even better in person.
I thought I was the only one that watched and cried - every single time! It kills me. And Bob - screaming at that lady - holy moly!
I have a love/hate relationship with that show.
I love it because it's amazing motivation. I mean, if a 343-pound man can drag a 90-pound trainer up a hill; there is no reason I can't roll off my couch to hit the treadmill.
But then I hate it because it's a bit unrealistic. Sure, if surrounded by personal trainers and nutritionists and had cash dangled infront of me, I could lose weight, too. Oprah just has the winner from the first show on this week and he's gained half the weight back!!
