Say, that's a pretty good recipe. You could flesh that out a bit and write a book!

Glad to know that you're feeling better. *grin*

I think that's a great recipe although it could do with a splash of margarita. I suppose that would go hand in hand with the Jack Johnson concert though. I can't listen to him without wanting a cold drink and a hammock.

I'll have to write that down. I did 7 miles today but had to walk the lousy streets (wait that doesn't sound good) 2 different times to do it. The Rose Bowl would be so much more scenic.

Glad you are feeling the happies again!

I read the cat/necklace attack first. You were on a roll today. Nice work!

I like the recipe. I think I'd substitute the Dr. Wayne/Oprah with ESPN SportsCenter though. And perhaps add in one vanilla chai to go with a frosted cookie of some kind. With the run and all, its all good.

I am working on the Recipe now... but I did the Overland Route, started on the blog catching up... and am still on the blog catching up part :-)

Geekhiker - Hmm I'm not sure I could write a whole book, but maybe another blog post! :P

Dingo - You're SO right. Margaritas make everything better.

Michael C - The Rose Bowl is good, although it's just one big loop. 7 miles! (And after getting shocky shocked a week or two ago!) You're awesome.

Wow TWA - I like the chai and cookie addition!

Alysha - Keep at it! :)
